How to Bypass Windows 7 Administrator and User Password
This article describes three available methods to bypass Windows 7 login password, including local administrator and other user password. Our target is to regain access to locked Windows 7 with no data loss. These methods are safe and can be completed in minutes.

Tip One: Bypass Windows 7 Password with Windows Password Recovery Software.
Here we take Windows Password Rescuer Personal for example to bypass Windows 7 password. It is a universal Windows password recovery tool which can reset Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP, 2000 administrator and user password with CD/DVD or USB Flash Drive. You don't need to know the old password. All work is done offline.
Step 1: Download and install Windows Password Rescuer Personal full version on "another computer".
Create a Windows Password Recovery Disk. This disk can be used to bypass Windows 10/8.1/8/7/Vista/XP/2000 local administrator and other user password.
1. Insert a blank CD/DVD or USB flash drive. Choose CD/DVD or USB Device option.
2. Select the CD/DVD or USB drive name which you inserted, click Begin Burning to start burning.
It will take you about one minute to complete burning. After successfully complete burning. Remove the disk and transfer it to your "locked computer" to bypass Windows password. Then just insert it to your locked computer.
Step 2: Insert the Windows password recovery disk to your locked computer, set the computer boot from CD/DVD or USB Drive.

When you save the new setup and exit the BIOS SETUP, the computer will restart automatically and boot from the recovery disk.
Step 3: Bypass Windows 7 administrator and user password with a few clicks.
After booting from CD/DVD or USB, Windows Password Rescuer Personal will start automatically and display a friendly interface. Now you can reset any user account password of your computer.
1. All Windows 7 user accounts will be displayed in list, click one you want to reset its password.
2. Click Reset Password button, click Yes when a confirm message appears.
3. Administrator password has been removed and show blank.
4. Click Reboot. When a confirm message pops up, take out your Windows password recovery disk first (important!), and click Yes to restart your computer then you can login Windows 7 administrator without password.
Tip Two: Bypass Windows 7 Password by Using CMD
In Windows 7/Vista/XP, we can use CMD.EXE to bypass Windows 7/Vista/XP password safely, but note that it requires you to login as administrator then you can run cmd.exe. If you have another admin account, this is a safe way to bypass Windows 7 password without losing data. Key steps:
Step 1: Logon Windows 7 using another administrator account. (You also can logon Safe Mode with Command Prompt, pressing F8 when start your computer, hit up/down key to choose Safe Mode with Command Prompt and hit Enter).
Step 2: Click on Start, type cmd in the Search box and press Enter.
Step 3: When a cmd screen appears. Type net user, all user accounts of your computer will be listed.
Step 4: Type net user “UserName” “NewPassword”(replace UerName and NewPassword with yours), press Enter, then the password will be reset as new one and you can logon Windows 7/Vista/XP with it.
Tip Three: Bypass Windows 7 Administrator/User Password by Using Installation CD
Windows 7 installation CD is another way to bypass any Windows 7 user accounts password without data loss. This also provides CMD to reset password, but it is different from the one mentioned above which requires another admin account. If you have one installation CD, you can use it to unlock your computer in minutes. Follow these steps:
1. Insert a Windows 7 installation CD to your computer, restart. When the installations interface appears.
2. Choose your system language. Click Next.
3. Click “Repair your computer”.
4. select the operating system to repair and click Next.
5. A dialog with several options pops up, click Command Prompt.
6. When a Command Prompt black screen appears, copy sethc.exe. Then copy cmd.exe to sethc.exe.
7. Restart your computer. On the login screen, tap Shift key five times and you'll see a command prompt screen in administrator mode.
8. Type "net user" and press enter, all user accounts will be displayed.
9. Type "net user UserName NewPassword" (replace the UserName and UserPassword with which you wanna) and press Enter key. The user password will be replaced with new one.
10. Close the window and then you can login your Windows 7 with new password.
