7. Q: What is "Download Protection" and what is "Get it on CD" on order page?

A: The Download Protection is an optional service offered by the payment processor MyCommerce with additional cost. Once you purchase this service, you'll be entitled to re-download service for the product you purchased within 2 years, which means that the service provider will keep backup copy of the current version of the product you purchased, and allows you to redownload it from the link if you lost your software. The extended download service is selected by default. If you don't want to order the service, you can simply remove it by clicking the trash can button.

Get it on CD is a CD which contains your purchased product backup copy. If you purchase Windows Password Rescuer and you cannot create a bootable disk on another computer, you can buy this CD so that you can direct use it to recover your Windows password.

 

8. Q: After placing the order, can I cancel it?

A: We are sorry that your order cannot be canceled.

1. You ordered a wrong product, and then purchased the right product from us. We can refund you for the wrong product.
2. Our products didn't work for you, and our technical support team failed to provide effective solutions for you within 90 days.
